Meet Wink
As a little girl Whitney was nick named 'wink' and it stuck ever since. She has always had a passion for art and has been around the beauty industry for over 15 years. In 2006, Whitney attended the Art Institute of Houston, excelling in illustration and photo realism. Some of Whitney’s art pieces are still hung in local galleries and restaurants surrounding the Austin area. Jumping in to her beauty interest she then went to Baldwin Beauty School where she earned her cosmetology license. Even before graduating, Whitney was receiving requests from friends and acquaintances to do their hair and makeup for special occasions like weddings and photoshoots. From there, she started her own free-lance beauty service and began to find herself behind the camera too. It wasn't long before she discovered Microblading and fell in love with how 3-dimensional and realistic the whole transformation is. Whitneys experience in art and love for makeup and all things beauty were a perfect fit; she knew she had to do this! Whitney has now added additional services and is fully insured, licensed through the state of Texas, certified in blood borne pathogens and a certified artist!
